THEATRE PLAY

(Jack, his mum, the Captain and the Governor are on the ship, whispering)

-Governor: So Long John Silver wants to left us on the island and run away with the treasure, doesn't he?

-Jack: Yes, sir. He said that he was using me only for the map. That once we got the treasure, they are going to escape with it.

-Jack´s mum: Oh, dear! What are we going to do? That is so terrible!

-Captain: I am not going to let them escape with my ship. He will feed the fish before that happens. My crew is not going to betray me!

-Jack: I strongly believe that the crew is with him right now.

-Captain: I will send them to the Davy Jones' Locker! They are all traitors! How they dare to do that to me?

-Jack´s mum: Relax, dear. Now the important thing is how to escape from this trap.

-Governor: We cannot leave the ship, they will notice and they can kill us.

-Captain: True... What can we do?

-Jack: I have an idea, but is dangerous.

-Jack´s mum: Oh, you have always had such an initiative. Thank God!

-Captain: What is your idea, kid?

-Jack: I am going to take the boat and reach the coast of the island. I am going to find the treasure and leave some fake treasure instead.

-Governor: Brilliant!

-Jack: But that is not all. Once with the treasure, I am going to come back to the ship and we can run away and leave them on the island.

-Captain: Blimey! You are indeed a magnificent kid.

-Jack: You have to prepare some traps for the ones that are going to stay on the boat, so I can come back safely.

-Jack´s mum: I think I can handle that... I still have some tricks from my time as an innkeeper.

-Governor: I can distract them with my speech.

-Captain: (looking at the governor suspiciously) And if that does not work... I can make them walk the plank with my sabre!

(They all laughed at the brilliant plan)

-Jack´s mum: Be careful, dear.

-Jack: I will be very careful, and we are going to be rich when I come back.

(Everybody leave the scene)
